City of Minneapolis Online Tool: Neighborhood Sales Finder

Have you ever wanted to lookup the homes sales in your neighborhood?
I've never had great success finding this info with national online tools, such as Realtor.com (too few results) and Zillow (I don't exactly understand the results).
And for-sale listings? That's not exactly the same as actual sales prices.
The Assessor's Office (City of Minneapolis) has released […]

The Washington Post has printed a very interesting article entitled, "Mortgage Moms' May Star in Midterm Vote".
The article primarily focuses on the potential impact of ecomonic concerns on the upcoming mid-term elections. In doing so, they provide some intriguing bits of information on mortgaged debt in the US (page 2, online edition).
For instance:

The music looks legitimate - like actual sheet music - […]

A Clever Statement About Urban Space or Cheesy Condo Advertising?

Something seemed a little different on the way home after work the other day:

Grass? Here? I don't remember that. What was this? And why is it inside a box on the corner? What could this be?
Since BLDGBLOG, Urban Commons, and Me, My Life + Infrastructure have all written the REBAR group's fantastic urban project (they […]
